Choosing the right therapist is an important step, and finding someone who understands your unique challenges makes all the difference. I specialize in working with:
Who I Work WITH?
Teens & Young Adults (16-24)
The transition from adolescence to adulthood brings rapid change, big emotions, and new responsibilities. Many teens and emerging adults I work with are trying to understand who they are while juggling school, work, relationships, and family expectations. Common challenges include:
• Feeling overwhelmed by academic pressure, social dynamics, or major life changes.
• Anxiety or overthinking that affects sleep, confidence, and decision-making.
• Sadness, low motivation, or withdrawal from activities they once enjoyed.
• Navigating identity, self-esteem, and boundaries during a period of intense growth.
• Difficulty expressing emotions or feeling misunderstood by adults or peers.
My approach provides a supportive space where young people feel respected, heard, and empowered. Together, we build coping skills, emotional awareness, and confidence—helping them move toward a healthier sense of identity and well-being.
ProfesSIONALS
Life is full of transitions, and even the most driven, capable people can find themselves feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Many of the professionals I work with describe:
• Constant worry or overthinking that makes it difficult to relax, stay present, or focus.
• Loss of motivation, sadness, or emotional exhaustion that impacts daily functioning.
• High stress related to demanding careers, business pressures, family responsibilities, or major life changes.
• Difficulty processing past trauma or unresolved experiences, which can show up in relationships, work, or self-confidence.
My role is to create a supportive space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and build practical strategies that support both your emotional well-being and your long-term growth.
How I Can Help?
Let’s be honest—life can be hard. Some days it feels like you’re carrying the weight of the world, especially when sadness, worry, or restlessness seem to follow you everywhere. Finding peace can feel impossible, and the struggle feels even heavier when you’re facing it all on your own. The good news is, you don’t have to. I’m here to walk alongside you. With over 10 years of experience in mental and behavioral health, I’ve helped individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and life’s toughest transitions. My goal isn’t just to help you get through the difficult moments, but to empower you with tools and strategies that build confidence, resilience, and hope for the future. Together, we can work toward creating a life where you feel grounded, supported, and in control.
What are sessions like?
Our sessions are typically about 60 minutes and center around solution-focused brief therapy. This approach helps us not only work through your current challenges but also identify practical solutions and highlight the strengths that can come from even the toughest experiences. I believe that every cloud has a silver lining—it’s just about learning how to see it. I also prioritize creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where growth, learning, and accountability can take place. My goal is to provide you with therapeutic tools you can carry with you and use on your own. I currently offer individual talk therapy for professionals, teens ages 16 and up, and young adults. I accept most commercial insurances and offer self-pay options too.
